In the second half - Mulhern, Williams, Dean and Dufty stood out

Your two you forwards didn’t look out of place either.

There was too much running sideways I thought though, and we aren’t a defense that jumps out sonit wasn’t effective

Matautia was the worse culprit, he’s not good enough for you guys I don’t think

Is Ashton injured he looks to have lost some pace

Cheers Christopher, much appreciated.

Really not sure how you didnt win that. Not sure ive ever seen an entire half played entirely in our own 20m. Awful game (2nd half) and leaving Headingley dejected after a win is crap.

We just needed the two points tonight it might do us some good

Game of two halves that, you were shockingly bad first half and we were shockingly bad second half.

Why’s Powell not been playing Riley Dean - he looks class

Nothing makes sense this season with Mr Powell this season I'm afraid.

He's had an awful lot of changes to make for reasons we aren't privy too. He may have thought we'd be defensively more vulnerable with another young player, in that position, in combination with other numerous changes to integrate. Who knows. The 2nd half sounds much more positive, would you agree?

I agree with you gaz but that doesn't mean that the first half didn't happen. Second half was plucky but Leeds went 3 converted scores up against a side that struggles in attack. Were we really plucky in the second half or were Leeds complacent? Or a bit of both?

I'm not ignoring the first half at all; I'm pleased with the second half because it was a positive reaction to the first half. I'm not saying we played champagne rugby or are anywhere near where we want to be, but the second half performance, in not folding and giving up, has shown that the attitude is changing. Most complaints on here, of which there were many, were in relation to the attitude shown. It might be hard to stomach for some, but we got stuck in and outscored Leeds 12-0 away in that second half. It sounds like Leeds weren't at their best for that period, but credit where credit's due.

It would be interesting to hear some more opinions, but it looks like everybody's gone to bed at 21.45.

I’ll be honest here, that second half wasn’t a case of Warrington playing that much better, Leeds were terrible in attack and discipline fortunately our defensive effort won us the game.

You guys had all the possession and field position but only managed to score from a kick and an overlap which wasn’t particularly well created.

Austin was also robbed of a try, it was never a forward pass, Martin flick it backwards and Austin even had to reach backwards to catch it.

Powell has a lot of work to do, personally im not sure he’s up to it.

Cheers again Christopher for that perspective. I'm pleased that, at least, the attitude seems to be changing. Still such a long way to go, but it's something to build upon.

Terrible first half from us, but a much better effort second half, which was probably down to us applying ourselves better and Leeds switching off a little. Really, given the possession and territory we had second half, we really should’ve won for me, but some poor decision making and a lack of quality probably cost us in the end.

Smith has done a great job in turning Leeds around overall and they’re on a good run. I’m sure they could be one to watch come the play offs, but they’ll have to improve massively on tonight’s showing.

Where I would be worried as a Wire fan is you guys haven’t seemed to have got any better at any point in the season.

Take us and what’s happened since Rohan Smith has come in, were a totally different side, with the same squad, and its is 100% down to the coach, he’s totally turned us around, were the form team in SL at the moment, if you have a poor start to next season you need to get shut of Powell
