Frustrating thing about Walker was that there was a player in there. One of he few who could break a tackle and offload. But his physical shape and attitude to tell us "they worked harder than anyone on fitness" undid everything else.

Don't know much about Foster but hopefully he's a player in shape and prepared to graft. I'd take that over a better player, who thinks he's better than he is and has attitude problem.

The weird thing about Ant Walker is that John Kear absolutely loves him - and one would think he knows a bit about players?

It was inevitable he'd end up at Widnes and, of course, he's picked him for Wales for the World Cup

You'd think he was a cross between Sam Burgess and Jeff Grayshon the way Kear fawns over him...

I'd be trying to get Holroyd from Leeds on loan if possible.
I'd take Peltier back (never should have left).
Mitch Clark from Newcastle (York have already snapped up Ta'ai unfortunately).
Dan Murray from Fax although probably a non-starter.
Ioane would have been great but it sounds like Keighley have beat us to the punch.

I didn’t mind Walker to be fair. Last season he was good. This season, not so good. But other than one or two, neither was anyone else. Don’t get me wrong, not overly sad he’s gone.

Does anyone have any knowledge on any incomings? God I miss the days we were constantly linked to Braith Anasta, Roy Asotasi and Fui Fui Moi Moi haha!
