Awful isn't it.
I'm missing DMA'S at Castlefield Bowl, and probably DMA'S at Ally Pally in October. Plus a bunch of other little ones here and there

Finally getting to see some live music later this week.

Inglorious at Nottingham Rock City. Bring it on :ROCKS:

Great to be back listening to and watching live music last night at Nottingham Rock City.

Inglorious being my first post lockdown gig. Very enjoyable and it will be interesting to see if they can kick on from Nathan Jones split with three of his previous bandmates prior to the pair of albums released this year.

Genesis at Liverpool Arena tomorrow. A mixture of anticipation and apprehension.

Bucket lister ticked off for the lady. An enjoyable evening and a decent show even allowing for Phil Collins condition. If you couldn't see him you wouldn't know, absolutely no issue with the voice. Most of the hits played (Abacab a notable exception for me) and some Gabriel-era material covered for good measure.

In view of the subsequent cancellations, we were very lucky.

Cloudbusting, a tribute to the music of Kate Bush, at the Brindley, Runcorn last night

An excellent interpretation of the Bexleyheath singer / songwriter's work with Mandy Watson expertly replicating those pretty unique vocals.

A 40 minute stripped back (acoustic) set, 20 minute changeover and then an 'electric' set of approximately 80 minutes.

The 'electric' set was, in my opinion, much better than the stripped back set. Lzzy remains the jewel in the crown of this band.

We missed the last couple of songs due to a combination of issues. Having to go for a train at 22.30 as all later trains cancelled but having said that, the band came on 15 minutes later than advertised but that could have been down to how slowly the queue of people were allowed into the venue.
