I honestly see Fusitua going home now and Olpherts coming in that position, MacDonald at centre with the other quota spot used for possibly Nakumbuwai. Hardaker is a necessity though

Is that just a feeling or do you any inside info to base it on? I can see the logic, but unless Fusitua is terribly homesick it's hard to see him walking away from what must be a decent contract. Also difficult to see him getting a gig in the NRL based on 14 games with Leeds.

Thought we only had one Quota spot (Thompson) has someone else left/leaving?

We do if Fusitua goes home or better still if Prior goes home.

The uncertainty surrounding Fusitua - has it come about only due to fans not knowing why he was missing back end games or are there other rumours circulating?

More on the disappearance of him for the end of the season

Did he go back to Oz early?
Am I right in thinking his previous club agreed to pay a considerable amount of his salary whilst at Leeds?
And if so was that only for 1 year?

Pretty sure I saw him at the GF. Rohan mentioned he had been running about in training on the week of the final. Most likely explanation is that, as previously reported, he has a calf injury that he's struggling to shake off.

I thought Fusitua signed for 2 years with part of salary (good part) by The Warriors. As for Prior he has another year left so unless he decides to retire (and that’s the club agreeing 2 years when he was 34)then he is with us next year. So unless any announcements to the contrary we have only one quota spot so no point in making up what if’s. Just bad management by the club in previous years.

He was on the pitch after the GF.

Was he limping?
Or did he have a one way ticket to Australia in his hands?

Not convinced he should be playing for Tonga when he missed the business end for Leeds.
