Depends how much improvement you think they really need. If there is room on the cap to secure Hardaker and bring in McDonald and Olpherts you have a first choice 17 that (in my opinion) would be:
Hardaker
Fusitua
Newman
McDonald
Handley
Austin
Sezer
Oledzki
O'Connor
Tetevano
Bentley
Martin
Smith

Leeming
Gannon
Sangare
Holdroyd

Throw in established players like Myler, Olpherts, Prior, Donaldson, and add Rohan's young lads and mooted championship signings and it looks a pretty rounded squad to me. Newman & Holdroyd proving fitness is key to that though.

Think you may have understood me I'm meaning there isn't much room for bring players in .If you can have only 25 I'm not sure from our present squad who counts in the 25 .

You can have a squad of 30. Of those 30, the top 25 earners count towards the cap. So if the 25th highest earner in the squad earns 25k, and then you sign someone in 30k, the total cap spend has increased 5k - as the player earning 25k becomes the 26th highest earner and therefore doesn’t count on the cap

That's roughly what I thought but was confused when Hetherington said you can only have 25.
