Raphina didn`t look too happy after getting subbed tonight.
Maybe he fancies a loan spell back in Leeds in January.
If Kalvin gets fit he might want to do the same.

Good article if the Athletic this morning about Barca's financial mess, huge blow to them going out in group stages. Can see him having to be sold in next year or two... they are not in a good place.

cancelled the athletic. phil hays an idiot. wrote a book on bielsa and never criticized him once, despite the awful last season but snide digs at marsch all the time. podcast is exactly the same

The knives are already out for Marche on social media. The LUFC fan base is brilliantly passionate, but most are clueless.

And yet very little criticism of Bielsa when he took us to almost relegation along with some poor signings.

remember nothing bad was bielsa. it was the board. or players.
anyone but him

Really gets my goat the heavy criticism of Marsch. As i said earlier up in the thread, if we had played Forrest the other week and won ( which I'm 100% certain we would have given their state, we'd be sitting 8th at the moment ! ). I am a tad anxious about the season but it's been far from a poor start. The board have f&cked up well and truly at the back end of the window. A good striker coming in was vital to the team. Especially with losing Raphinha's goals.

Marsch needs more time and a couple of good additions.

With regards to Bielsa he did many great things for the club and a lot of fans are eternally grateful for that. He brought us football many didn't think was possible, it was a phenomenal period transforming a set of average players like he did. Was he perfect ? no. His stubborness with a very small squad played a part in the failure of last season, but, the board was equally responsible imo. They did not look to sign the right sort of players that he rated. They didn't sort the midfield out, Bielsa wanted Connor Gallagher big time and Orta didn't get it done. Where was the plan B in midfield ?? nobody.... same again with Charles Dekateliere (sic) this summer..... same pattern... Orta goes in for him too late (as Radrizanni admitted in his interview) but we had no alternatives.... again. If Bielsa had still been here he would have taken the blame there from fans saying he's too picky and turns players down that's why we couldn't sign anyone else..

To be fair, Gallagher was all agreed, but Bielsa wouldn't guarantee he'd be a starter, so Palace stepped in

social media is full of retards to be fair. I go away a lot and the vast majority are behind marsch
