ANYONE following Bielsa at Leeds was always going to be up against it at least at first. The things that man did with the team and fanbase was very, very special. People see what they want to see, some like to overlook the glaring faults, some dont, fair is fair, see what you want to see.

There were yawning gaps in the squad, there were key players already half out of the door and a major overhaul was needed in personnel which has been comical in some respects.

The most common criticisms of Marsch I find by "fans" is that he isnt Bielsa, well duh.

Well where to start with that at the weekend....

Bamford's missed Pen all over Arsenal but couldn't score. Thought Bamford made the team look better though. The lack of a good reliable goalscorer is coming home to roost however. Loads and loads of positives though, lets hope it's given the lads a confidence boost going into the next two games. 4 points is a bare minimum needed from the Leicester and Fulham.

agreed. bamford is everything you want in a striker.
but his conversion rate is league 2 level

Love Bamford but he seems to miss 12 before he scores 1.

Were creating chances but just dont have anyone who can ruthlessly put them away.

Yeah if that doesn't change soon we could be in trouble. Raphinha's goals got us out of trouble last season and he's gone. The board need to urgently address the lack of goals in Jan. Thankfully we don't have many actual games until then.

next 2 are huge. leicester and fulham.
4 points or more we are back on track. 3 is ok but less than that is trouble

7 from the next 4 is a must and ideally and I feel possible 9 out of the next 4 is doable.
Bamford was the same before he got injured yet we hung our hopes on him coming back after injury.
I keep saying it but his first touch is shocking.
Good strikers use that first touch to create space for themselves or shoot on sight.
Yes he makes himself available and chases back a bit like Harrison but neither are quality PL players imo.
I recall he was moved out wide in one of his previous clubs and I can see the logic in that.
