I like it, has a look of NQ Cowboys to it. One with the collar is awful though

Think the white band should be amber, but it doesn't look too bad in the kit launch video.

The cotton no sponsor shirt is a great idea, but needs to lose the main sponsor too, and unfortunately the colours look really bad on the cotton version.
Having bought oxen stuff before, anything not made of that horrible plasticky material (that they use for 98% of their output) are the only things I would consider buying.

Yes I'd guess it's deliberate, and inspired by the Youngers era.

But I don't get why, if you're going to go with something relatively radical like the white band, you wouldn't anchor the rest of it in identifiably Leeds colours - ie white collar,. (Matching the band), the right blue and the right amber.

This is just a little too far from even being recognisable as a Leeds shirt and is another reminder that the guys at Headingley don't appear to have any brand guidelines to stick to at all.

The white makes sponsor logo stand out more…

Looks alright, there's been worse. Isn't the blue a colour we've used in a training range before?

On a side note, have people seen the Wakey home shirt? I understand it's for their 150 year anniversary but not a kit you'd associate with them

Blue home, blue away, there'll be another one along before we have to play someone else who wears blue. The Boxing Day kit too, could make it to 4 in record time.

11th kit in just over 2 years from Oxen.

As for this, its so bland and boring I haven't even got the energy to dislike it.

Wakefield have the best Leeds kit next year.
