From what i have heard about titus is he wants a fairly decent increase in pay before signing a new contract. I think he does deserve a better contract based on him being one of our best players this season the problem is what he is asking for would make him the highest paid player at the club and by the looks of things simon thinks he is asking for too much and that means he will probably leave.

Fair enough. Players don’t dedicate to the club. He is a great player and a fan’s favourite but certainly not good enough to be the club’s highest paid player.

According to Love Rugby League we've signed Eribe Doro whose been released by Warrington- don't know much about him but Widnes fans where he spent last season on loan seem miffed not to have kept him

He was the only scorer against us for Widnes in both games this season, only 21 so plenty of improvement to be had a fringe championship/ superleague player I would say .Having said that I want gwaze to stay .

He does look a decent player though.

Certainly a Grix type player , fit , mobile , runs and tackles hard , with an offload . John kear signing ant Walker and doro going seems silly to me . With the two rumoured of king and doro that’s good recruitment imo but with barber, Morris, garside , Knowles and rumoured gwaze we still need a couple more forwards to come in . That’s hoping gee and others have re -signed .

I would be happy with Eribe Doro joining us like as been said he runs hard and is pretty quick for a prop. He is also still pretty raw as a player which is how i like forwards so plenty to work with coaching wise.

Signing wise for next season i think we will bring in more players then some may think not as many as last season but more then the 2-3 new signings that as been mentioned. We went with a squad of about 25 players last season and 5 of those have already been announced as leaving and there might be more that leave to add to that list. And who knows simon might have more money to spend with the new owners coming in.

The Eribe Doro rumor seems to have gathered pace, we just need Craig David to come along and deny its happening now. Rumor seems to be that Gwaze priced himself out of a stay at the club and I would never blame any rugby player trying to get themselves more money but its going to be a shame to see him leave if he does because I think he has had a good impact for us. Replace him with Doro though and that can be seen as a good step forward for us he looked a very good player for Widnes.

We were widely reported to have signed Ryan King from Whitehaven a few weeks ago although nothing has been mentioned recently- be interesting to see how he goes for Italy today - I'm assuming it's the same player.

Yes him and walmsey are good mates and playing against each other today .
